Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bakery/ Pastry, FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Packaging
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to know pastry cake, biscuit, cookies and bread packaging.
∎ Should have expertise on making pastry cake box of any size (2-50kg)
∎ Can operate bread slicer, auto/programmable date coding machine etc.
∎ Should have knowledge about delivery and dispatch
∎ Should have knowledge on MS word, Excel.
∎ Must familiar with bakery or savory product knowledge as well as quality parameter.
∎ Must take any responsibilities that are related to packaging and dispatch department.
∎ Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
∎ Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
∎ Able to recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavors.
∎ Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions.
∎ Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
∎ Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
∎ Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
∎ Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
∎ English writing and reading is needed
