∎ At least 3 year(s)

Frozen Food Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main responsibility is supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage and shipment. Studies production order to ascertain type and quality of product, containers to be used and other packaging requirements.
∎ Manpower setup and utilization with a time bounds.
∎ Knowledge about frozen products compliance.
∎ Starts, adjust and repairs packaging machinery or notifies maintenance department.
∎ Maintain cold chain management system start to end of packaging.
∎ Trains all workers in operation of equipment.
∎ Maintain daily finished goods packaging reports.
∎ Able to analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes, develop and maintain all packing order effectively.
∎ Monitor and recommend of improvements to process and develop as well as packing orders effectively.
∎ Coordinates with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and efficient working of both manufacturing.
∎ Maintain discipline and company rules -regulations.
