Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Diploma of Science (BSc) in food engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and ensure the quality of incoming raw materials as per specifications.
∎ Inspection if each raw materials & packaging materials as per management approved policy while receiving from the supplier.
∎ Reject all the incoming raw materials if fail to meet the standard and immediately report to the concern department.
∎ Brain storming & generating innovative idea for system development.
∎ Knowledge about documentation like Quality manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s and manufacturing process flow.
∎ Maintain the daily process monitoring checklist.
∎ Analyzing raw materials, packaging materials and finished products on daily basis.
∎ Packaging development on the basis of new product development.
∎ To maintain & implement of specifications & program which includes RM/ PM/Formulations /FG's with specifications and test procedure.
∎ To ensure FG packaging, coding, sealing, weighing and cartooning etc.
∎ Maintain cold chain management system.
∎ Conduct temperature checks on products and ensure HACCP and Health Authority rules and regulations are followed and manage log book.
∎ Maintain COP & CIP. Proper cleaning, monitoring and maintain End to End process monitoring.
∎ To get the preferences who can maintain the above duties and responsibilities.
