Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Frozen Food Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop new opportunities, and build & expand the salience and distribution of product range
∎ Drive aligned ATL and BTL communication in co-operation with marketing and sales team
∎ Ensure all planned activities are executed to an optimal level and key KPIs are met in terms of trial, awareness and ROMI
∎ Research emerging trends, understand and determine key market insights to transform them into effective marketing mix to satisfy customers’ needs
∎ Find potential partnership opportunities for the business with a view to expanding its reach and/or improving its processes
∎ Responsible for media communication, campaign briefing and planning
∎ Develop and execute both short-term and long-term Food Marketing Strategy in Bangladesh
∎ Develop and drive long term brand vision delivering category and market share growth
∎ Develop and implement full year brand marketing plans [APL, NPD, Activity, and Communication] taking into consideration the local market and consumer insights
∎ Optimize product assortment, manage pricing strategy for sustainable gross margin and drive value engineering projects to maximize portfolio profitability
∎ Steer the new product development process for timely launching in the market
∎ Create export opportunities all over the world.
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements
