Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed university with a go getter attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide proper customer service to satisfy their queries.
∎ Dealing with queries, complaints and feedback from customers.
∎ Ensure standard display with continuous refilling at assigned areas.
∎ Ensure proper counting of products after each shift and take responsibility of assigned area inventory discrepancy.
∎ Drive and direct retail sales staff to achieve departmental sales targets on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
∎ Supervision of Sales Associate activities and their deployment
∎ Conduct a morning and evening team talk on daily basis.
∎ Execute tasks as and when required assigned by the Supervisor and Dekko Senior Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Retail Operations for 3 years will be given preference.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Basic knowledge on handling customer complex queries
∎ Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
∎ Basic English proficiency preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
