Job Context:
∎ Outlet managers are highly motivated personnel, committed to their superior and have great management and organizational skills. They usually work together with the company’s senior or manager and work under the close supervision of a sales manager.
∎ The outlet manager interacts with their clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of new and popular products are adequately met. An outlet manager communicates with other departments in order make sure that customers’ needs are satisfied and met. They make sure that good handling of cash is properly followed. They also deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall sales and administrative supervision of the appointed outlet.
∎ Ensure retail profitability and maintain retail security and hygiene.
∎ Handling customers with highest priority and providing satisfactory service.
∎ Lead the sales team of the outlet with a professional approach to achieve sales target.
∎ Time to time reporting to the line manager / supervisor.
∎ Maintain good communication with all key customers.
∎ Coordinate with cross functional teams for planning and execution;
∎ Align with specific Sales & Marketing objectives, overall strategies and action plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have electronics show room operational experience
∎ Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Computer Operating will be given preference.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem-solving skill.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Positive mindset, can work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
