∎ Aaurhi People’s Trust is an organization working for promoting women’s entrepreneurship in agriculture and non-agriculture sectors through promoting agroecology and sustainable practices and fair trade, and support for their market access and safe food for all. Aaurhi People’s Trust a is looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at its outlet ‘Aaurhi’ in Gulshan 1, Dhaka called Aaurhi. As an Outlet Manager, she/he will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Her/his duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies and improving sales. The candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being, an excellent communicator, he or she should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
∎ Plan and implementation of cost-effective sourcing of quality products and keep close contact with the producers.
∎ Keen supervising on inventory and sales and order new items.
∎ Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
∎ Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Organize special events, and measures to attract customers.
∎ Coordination with ActionAid Bangladesh regarding smooth operation of outlet.
∎ Operating café and it’s staff.
∎ Preparing periodic sales, finance, revenue, and other necessary reports.
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner for achieving high level customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as reporting, managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and customer management skill;
∎ Sound skill on staff management;
∎ Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
∎ Good communication in Bangla and English and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival bonuses (equivalent to one month’s gross salary) etc.
