Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, ETE
∎ Skills Required: Database Administration experience on Oracle, Linux

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance OSS system include hardware and software including Linux & APP
∎ OSS system trouble shooting and E2E management
∎ Fault handling and corrective actions
∎ Preventive maintenance activities
∎ Participating in wireless project activities
∎ Implementing and verifying improvements in processes- and work instructions
∎ Verifying and implementing configuration changes.
∎ Resolution of customer complaints
∎ Service support for Problem and Incident Management
∎ Available to be involved in On-call activities
∎ Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good command of Linux operating systems and Oracle database
∎ Knowledge about SQL, UNIX, Solaris and AIX
∎ Telecommunications background is preferred
∎ Able to work independently, self-driven, highly motivated, service minded and seeking to improve and expand own technical skills
∎ Be able to prioritize tasks and result oriented
∎ Good communication skills and excellent team spirit
∎ Capable to work in an international environment, with a proactive and committed attitude towards all the network related issues
