Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles
Good understanding of Oracle ERP workflows, master data, and reporting
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze issues, prepare documentation, and follow up with cross-functional teams
Experience in ERP implementation or support projects is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other Oracle ERP modules (Inventory, GL, AR, AP) will be a plus
Exposure to ERP project lifecycle (implementation, support, upgrades).Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Oracle ERP Project functional Coordinator to oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules of our Oracle ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between business users, IT teams and implementation partners to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day Oracle ERP activities related to P2P and O2C modules.
Act as a bridge between end users, technical teams, and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
Monitor and track system performance, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
Collect business requirements, prepare documentation, and support configuration changes.
Ensure timely execution of bug fixes, enhancements, and system updates.
Support testing (UAT, CRP, CRF) and assist in preparing test cases for new changes.
Provide training and guidance to end users on ERP functionalities.
Maintain proper documentation of project activities, change requests, and issue logs.
Support management in reporting, tracking KPIs, and project progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ERP best practices.
