Familiarity with Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Experience in reconciliations, reporting, and ERP user support

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive– Oracle F&A Support to provide functional support for Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), assist with reconciliations and reporting and help maintain compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily functional support for Oracle modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior analysts or IT teams.
Assist in reconciliations, including GL vs. Subledger and AP/AR aging reports.
Identify and support resolution of data discrepancies.
Generate basic reports for internal review and closing processes.
Monitor system usage and report inefficiencies or anomalies.
Assist with basic Oracle configurations (e.g., payment terms, tax codes) under guidance.
Maintain SOPs, user guides, and compliance documentation.
Support onboarding and basic training of new Oracle users.
Document recurring issues and user feedback for analysis and improvements.
