∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Labor Counseling, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Footwear factory.
∎ Implement and achieve shift wise production forecasting.
∎ Reduce wastage to achieve continuous cost improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Strong analytical and behavioral skills.
