• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Coordinate work activities with team members to maintain continuous production flow.
• Operate press machines, fire polish machines, push stacker machines, and other forming equipment.
• Perform plunger and mould setup, including centering and alignment adjustments.
• Adjust gob weight according to product specifications.
• Inspect and monitor pressure levels in all pipelines, including gas, compressed air, oxygen, and water.
• Supervise and guide helpers in the forming section.
• Identify and troubleshoot glass defects, implementing corrective measures promptly.
• Ensure all products meet required quality standards before moving to the next process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with press machines.
• Prepare and submit daily production and maintenance reports.
