Able to make Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
Implement and maintain production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Able to manage a team of supervisors and production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Evaluate & monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action.
Prepare production reports and present them to senior management.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
