Educational Requirements:

∎ Graduate in any discipline (BBA/ MBA or Marketing Background Preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inform & clarify field team (area coordinators and merchandising coordinator) regarding day to day instructions sent by the Account Managers.
∎ Take proper follow up regarding the execution of the instructions on a daily basis.
∎ On board Account Managers regarding day to day operational issues & as per Account Managers direction revert back to the team with the clarification or way forward.
∎ Prepare the weekly report on consumer engagement and merchandising activities (Contact target v/s achievement) & find out & provide guidance if there is any issue.
∎ Lead the logistics team to make sure the campaign materials are being disbursed as per the allocation & on time.
∎ Assist Account manager in preparing the campaign plan (Allocation, Recruitment Plan, Training Plan, Office Requirement, Mobilization plan etc).
∎ Actively take part in recruitment & training plan design & Aid field team in recruitment & Training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
