Job Context:
∎ Café De Partex is a fine dine Asian fusion restaurant located at the heart of Dhaka. Specialties are Buffets, Sea food, Coffee and much more. Café De Partex is one of the concerned of Partex Star Group. Café De Partex is looking for an Operation Manager for running restaurant who will be very enthusiastic, multitasking, excellent communicator with customers and staffs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategy based on understanding market conditions and sales forecasts.
∎ Finalize budget for the department based on inputs from the operation team and ensure adherence to the sanctioned budget.
∎ Responsible for Facebook boosting, involve in online ad scheduling along with Marketing team.
∎ Come up with new and innovative ideas for advertisement and new market expansion.
∎ Ensure target-based sales set by management according to Annual Business Plan and cascade down the target among the team members.
∎ Increase online sales on Friday and Saturday.
∎ Sales targets include evening and weekend parties/ events.
∎ To assist Café management in implementing staffing and business plans to achieve business target.
∎ Purchase all kinds of raw materials at reasonably low prices for the best values through negotiating with the suppliers.
∎ Assist Head of Business in budgeting food & beverage cost by collecting and analyzing market data.
∎ Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
∎ Work in team in regard of price and quality controls, market research and purchase strategy.
∎ Ensure renewal of all kinds of licenses and update other documents in timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
