∎ But a combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
∎ Academic qualification will be flexible for more experience candidate.

∎ Hotel & Restaurant Operation Management, People Management, Staff Administration, Menu Pricing, Food Costing, Expert in Customer Relation, Able to Set up Menu Price & Food Cost, Co-ordination, Health & Hygiene, Reporting, Mastering of Sales & Marketing, Software writing.
∎ Job Location will be at working area (Greater Rajshahi Division)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Responsible for Hotel & Restaurant Operations in a Professional Manner.
∎ To Overall Management of the Hotel & Restaurant.
∎ To capable to arrange & control a large range / various type of Party.
∎ To Monitor, Follow up & Administer the Staff.
∎ To deal with the Customer in a Professional Manner.
∎ To Co-ordinate with all Department of the Hotel/Restaurant as well as with the Management.
∎ To Monitor Food Goods Purchase & to Have Vast Knowledge in Such Purchase.
∎ To Prepare the Menu Price & Food Cost.
∎ To Keep an Eye to Monitor & Follow up for Sound & Hygiene Environment in Both the Kitchen & the Restaurant.
∎ To Prepare Various Report Periodically Restaurant Related Purchase, Sales etc. Report and to Submit to the Authority.
∎ To have Adequate Knowledge to Operate the NICE Software and Others (computer skill) if required.
∎ To have Adequate Knowledge about the sales strategy to promote the Hotel & Restaurant sales activities.
∎ To have Adequate Knowledge about the Branding, Marketing, PR, Digital marketing, activity based on digital media to promote the sales.
∎ To have Adequate Knowledge about the reception management.
∎ To have Adequate Knowledge about the roof top restaurant, Banquet Hall, Party center operation plan.
∎ To control the operational cost and identify measures to cut waste.
∎ To train the new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
∎ Overall responsible for the sales volume of property.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well Experience in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
∎ Skill in Operating Microsoft Office & Various Software i.e Nice Software.
∎ People Management ability.
∎ Will have to set / fix / prepare up Menu Price & Food cost is essential.
∎ Food Purchase Follow up & Monitoring.
∎ Expertise in Restaurant Related Sales & Marketing.
