Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ M.Sc. /Masters' or equivalent or higher degree in Agriculture/Agro-Technology/Agricultural Chemicals.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of factory activities & modernization.
∎ Review relevant financial statements, activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities with different businesses or departments concerned with the production or distribution of products.
∎ Direct administrative activities directly related to manufacturing products or providing services.
∎ Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with organization officials, or staff members.
∎ Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of factory operations.
∎ Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management.
∎ Managing people and culture through nurturing a performance-based and result oriented culture within the organization through sense of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty and accountability.
∎ Ensure the implementation of automation and continuous improvement drive in each and every area of factory operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 20-25 years of experience in pesticide or agro-chemical industry including factory operations with 15 years' experience in Top Management of any renowned organization (preferably in MNCs).
∎ Experience in steering business across several domains and verticals & implementation of short-medium-long-term strategies, Regulatory affairs, Product Development, Portfolio rationalization, establishing distribution alliances with focus on driving business goals.
