Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor degree in Business form public or private university, Masters will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Super store Operation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, Minimum 4 years of experience in retail sales, Retail Sales and Marketing, Super store sales coordination
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a contact point for shop level communication, drive the sales team to bring out the utmost result being efficiently effective.
∎ Ensure achieving monthly sales target through implementing daily sales operations and other marketing activities (promotion, communication, offers and discounts etc) based on the monthly budget.
∎ Support operation Lead through coordinating tasks among supply chain, finance and shop operation on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure daily Monitoring of shop activity through territory officers and camera and discussions with Shop managers, ensure shop level operation performance and efficiency
∎ Reporting shop level issues and findings on a daily basis to Operation Lead and support in implementing operational decisions.
∎ Support supply chain team through providing feedback on products, new product introduction and product pricing
∎ Support operation lead on training, and mentoring of shop staffs and Ensure all operation process and policies are implemented at the shop level
∎ Ensure customer service through educating shop managers, implementing new tools and process etc. at the shop level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred candidate shall be a Team player, motivator, open, systematic and process-oriented
∎ Analytical skill and good communication skill is mandatory
∎ High-level competency in MS xl is mandatory
∎ Willingness and physical fitness to travel at least 50% of his time and have to cover all operation area of Apon.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Our yearly budget has probation of 30K-50k BDT monthly salary for the said role but we are open to discuss with a highly interested qualified guy. (If you think you can create a better impact than this, don`t bother about the salary range, let`s talk. We want leaders in Apon who can gain seats in the leadership team).
