Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operational tasks, including order processing, packaging coordination, and delivery follow-upsMonitor and update product listings, stock levels, and pricing on the website.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse, delivery teams, customer service, and vendors.
∎ Assist in managing inventory records and tracking incoming/outgoing goodsIdentify operational bottlenecks and provide timely solutions to improve workflow.
∎ Work closely with the tech, marketing, and accounts departments to align operational goals.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation for product delivery, return, and refunds.
∎ Support reporting and analysis on operational performance.
∎ Assist with new vendor onboarding, data entry, and product catalog updates.
∎ Ensure compliance with operational policies and maintain a clean and organized system.
∎ Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
∎ Monitor order status from placement to final delivery and proactively resolve any issues or delaysCoordinate with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Handle customer complaints or delivery issues in collaboration with the customer support team.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operational activities, order fulfillment, and stock updatesMaintain documentation of vendor transactions, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and product returns.
∎ Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels across platforms.
∎ Assist in implementing and improving operational systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
∎ Maintain close follow-up on product restocking, especially for high-demand SKUs.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely sourcing of new and existing products.
∎ Ensure all packaging standards, labeling, and safety protocols are met during dispatch.
∎ Support the marketing team with operational aspects of campaigns and product launches.
∎ Maintain a database of vendors, suppliers, and couriers with updated contact and performance information.
∎ Suggest and implement automation tools to reduce manual work in order processing.
∎ Participate in strategic meetings and provide input based on operational insights.
