Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• B.Sc.Ag (Hon’s) or Master’s in Agriculture from a reputed university.
• BBA or MBA in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Marketing from a reputed university.
• Applicants with a Science background will be given preference.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 24 to 35 years

• 1-2 years experience in Agrichemical Industry.
• Motorcycle driving skills are mandatory.
• Presentable and professional appearance is required.

Job Description:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annually sales target for the assigned territory.

• Ensure timely collection for smooth sales operation.

• Onboard new distributors and remove inactive or unnecessary distributors as per policy.

• Strengthen distributor's retail networks through strategic support and guidance.

• Monitor distributor's stock levels and take actions for liquidation.

• Monitoring SPO's and MPO's activity to create & maintain a detailed retailer database.

• Ensure timely delivery of products to retailers from distributors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with model farmers to enhance sales and business target.

• Monitor competitors field activities and report relevant insights to the supervisor.

• Ensure regular merchandising of distributor and retailer shops.

• Organize and participate in farmer meetings, commercial farmer meetings, agricultural office meetings, retailer meetings,

• and campaigns.

• Maintain regular communication with field-level Assistant Agriculture Extension Officers and Agriculture Officers.

• Resolve distributor complaints and dissatisfaction promptly.

• Monitor and implement SPO's and MPO's daily app-based field activities.

• Avoid any personal financial or product transactions with distributors or retailers.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
