Responsibilities & Context:
- মাঠপর্যায়ে মাছ, মুরগি ও গরুর খামারিদের টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা
- খামারি ও ডিলারদের কাছে Product Knowledge, Proper Feed Use & Feeding Management বিষয়ক পরামর্শ দেওয়া
- Market visit করে খামারিদের সমস্যা শনাক্ত করা ও সমাধান দেওয়া
- Dealer / Sub-dealer পয়েন্টে Feed Sales বৃদ্ধি ও Merchandising Activities পরিচালনা
- New & Existing Farm Development করে Demand Generation তৈরি করা
- প্রতিদিনের মার্কেট কার্যক্রমের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া
- খামারিদের জন্য Technical Seminar, Field Visit & Training Session আয়োজন
- Competitor product, pricing & field activities মনিটর করা
- Sales team কে প্রয়োজনীয় technical guideline দেওয়া
- Company policy অনুযায়ী কাজ করা এবং Sales Target অর্জনে টিমকে সাপোর্ট করা
