Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• Diploma in Fisheries
• Diploma in Livestock
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• Age 28 to 45 years
• Only Male

• মাঠপর্যায়ে মাছ, মুরগি ও গরুর খামারিদের টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা
• খামারি ও ডিলারদের কাছে Product Knowledge, Proper Feed Use & Feeding Management বিষয়ক পরামর্শ দেওয়া
• Market visit করে খামারিদের সমস্যা শনাক্ত করা ও সমাধান দেওয়া
• Dealer / Sub-dealer পয়েন্টে Feed Sales বৃদ্ধি ও Merchandising Activities পরিচালনা
• New & Existing Farm Development করে Demand Generation তৈরি করা
• প্রতিদিনের মার্কেট কার্যক্রমের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া
• খামারিদের জন্য Technical Seminar, Field Visit & Training Session আয়োজন
• Competitor product, pricing & field activities মনিটর করা
• Sales team কে প্রয়োজনীয় technical guideline দেওয়া
• Company policy অনুযায়ী কাজ করা এবং Sales Target অর্জনে টিমকে সাপোর্ট করা
