Must be in F & B Background.
Experience in hotel management or operations, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards.
Exceptional financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience in implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Preferred:
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality software solutions.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance guest experience while maximizing efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure adherence to financial targets and operational budgets
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and developing team members, encouraging a culture of accountability and excellence
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive occupancy and revenue
