  • Experience in hotel management or operations, with a proven track record of successful leadership.

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards.

  • Exceptional financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Experience in implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience with property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality software solutions.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance guest experience while maximizing efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure adherence to financial targets and operational budgets
  • Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and developing team members, encouraging a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive occupancy and revenue
