Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software Implementation Related Task Software Training on client side.
∎ Conceptual, analytical and creative skills including the ability to identify relevant issues and set priorities to solve the issues. Ability to work effectively in a team of IT professionals and under the supervision & instruction of operation manager.
∎ Ability & willingness to travel 'Remote workstations/offices for software implementation/training.
∎ Providing technical direction in the analysis, setup modules, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of "Anirban ERP" Provide advice and handle software oriented issues for all kind of users over phone
