Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
∎ The incumbent should have a B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any Public university/Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discharge all functions under supervision and control by the CEO
∎ To keep records of all parameters in production process.
∎ Prepare Estimate, Requisition and submit to store for collecting related raw material for next day production
∎ Set manpower by shift as per production plan
∎ Ensure the proper Routine and Preventive maintenance of the machinery in production processes.
∎ Ensure there is no wastes in material, machine and man time; and improve culture to reduce waste.
∎ Responsible for Productivity Improvement in all as aspect of production processes.
∎ To ensure proper storage of in-process goods to the proper place.
∎ To achieve production target according to the production plan.
∎ To take necessary steps to ensure quality production and reduce wastage.
∎ To keep records of all maintenance work performed.
∎ To take necessary measures to minimize breakdown of machines due to Mechanical /Electrical fault.
∎ To assign and control the responsibilities of subordinates.
∎ Timely prepare and send requisition of Spare parts to Head Office through channel
∎ Take steps to reduce breakdown time of machine; must keep record of machine reliability to improve machine and tools reliability
∎ To prepare yearly performance report of the subordinates and to submit it to the HOD in due time.
∎ To discharge such activities assigned to him from time to time by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent must have at least 5 years practical experience in Plastic Injection Moulding production and has clear understanding of Hydraulic and Electrical System of the machines thoroughly
∎ Candidates over 42 years will not be considered for this post.
∎ Must have computer skills (Auto- CAD with M.S office program)
∎ At least 3 years of Experienced in Factory in Operation will be an added advantage.
∎ He must have leadership qualities, initiative drive, self-motivation and capabilities to properly supervise activities of employees working under him/her.
∎ He must have good command over both Bangla & English.
∎ Relaxation may be made in an exceptionally suitable case.

Salary: Negotiable
