∎ At least 35 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring overall production and operation related work and direct to operational/ production staff where necessary.
∎ Designing of Transmission Tower, Gantry Structure, Pole and Line Hardware fittings (Distribution & Transmission Line).
∎ Providing in-depth analysis and possible development in manufacturing for the above mentioned items for future projects.
∎ Read and interpret technical drawings and parameters to participate in tenders.
∎ Creating the Bill of Materials (BOM) for a full project before going to production/ tender.
∎ Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
∎ Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
∎ Maintaining all types of report like production, store, consumption, delivery and others and Report to Management daily.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase Team for raw material and ensure quality for locally procured items. Sourcing supplier for new items if necessary.
∎ Assisting the Tender Department to conduct cost analysis and create item-wise BOM .
∎ Monitoring material consumption to forecast for upcoming tender.
∎ Arrange production plan and monitoring supply chain of raw materials to ensure the delivery on time.
∎ Solving any type of maintenance/ production related problem.
∎ Manage quality of raw material variations.
∎ Prepare inspection related documents, call for inspection and track inspection detail.
∎ Visit factory on weekly/ fortnightly basis and ensure inventory status is upto dated.
∎ Dealing with Local buyers (Give quotation , PO receive, transportation and others).
∎ Keeping track of delivery status of all products. Communicate with transport contractor or warehouse for delivery.
∎ Verify production related bills/ vouchers/ requisition and submit for payment .
∎ Supervise the production and the operation teams.
∎ Support the Tender Department with technical document, data, design and drawing which are required by the purchaser/ clients.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Practical knowledge on Pole and Line Hardware Fittings manufacturing process.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
∎ Result Oriented.
∎ Able to work under stressful situation.
∎ Pleasant Personality.

Salary: Negotiable
