Job Responsibilities:
∎ A soon-to-be-launched Café SBU, where the operation manager will be responsible for overseeing the initial café setup, kitchen set up, team hiring, coordinating marketing tasks as well as regular day-to-day café operations based on necessity.
∎ Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and strategies including instructing staff to achieve café/restaurant goals.
∎ Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Organize and supervise shifts. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
∎ Nurture a positive and inspiring work environment, motivating and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
∎ Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
∎ Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
∎ Establish café/ Restaurant policies and procedures, supervise cash handling and POS System.
∎ Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to maintain a seamless supply chain
∎ Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests, handling inquiries and feedback, and resolving any issues with professionalism and tact.
∎ Manage customer complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase revenue.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Experience in Café & Restaurant Management.
∎ Familiar with POS systems, MS Office, Property management systems, Inventory Management Systems, etc.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
∎ A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
∎ Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost controls, and health and safety regulations.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ (Negotiable based on Experience)
