Job Context:
∎ All over the operation, guiding the team of production, Quality Assurance, Supply chain Issues, Maintenance heads, related factory operations.
∎ Experience must need about accessories factory / garments Facrtory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and utilize manpower capacity to maximum to ensure production targets are achieved on a day-to-day basis in the factory and head-office
∎ On -time delivery is above 99% or above.
∎ Highly efficient and effective team through systematic floor management, middle management, and senior management cooperation's.
∎ Further, reduce staff & worker turnover and indispensable for achieving productivity, delivery quality, and systems.
∎ Achieving monthly average efficiency as per the business plan.
∎ Cost control and waste management.
∎ Maintain factory at Technical and other standards as may apply. Also, ensure factory's audits for these standards achieve the Excellent/high rating.
∎ Product quality as per consumer requirement

∎ Age 38 to 45 years
