∎ At most 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for analysing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Implement production plan & achieving target of production for accessories items.
∎ Achieve higher productivity with maintaining quality/standard as per Buyer requirement.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
