Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of production in the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirements.
∎ Monitor the finishing processes and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
∎ Responsible for general administration and co-ordination in recruitment of workers and management employees under him.
∎ Assist with the day-to-day compliance issues of the human resources department.
∎ Raise the awareness of legal and compliance obligations and develop mechanism to make current practices in the light of complain.
∎ Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies .
∎ Draft and / or revise various documents of legal nature, ensuring in particular that obligations stemming from legislation and regulations currently in force are complied with .
∎ Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies .
∎ Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
