Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Masters in any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ MBA / Post Graduation is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Marketing & Business Development of the company.
∎ Develop new buyer and product as per buyer requirement.
∎ Develop a Business plan for setting up target on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
∎ Works for getting buyer nominations.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
∎ Monitor and maintain team mates.
∎ Organize and utilize manpower capacity to maximum to ensure production targets are achieved on a day-to-day basis in the whole factory.
∎ Target fixing and achieving targets through team playing.
∎ Monitor and follow up with buyers /customers and the factory for development.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ To follow up with planning/production. Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Highly efficient and effective team through systematic floor management, middle management, and senior management cooperation.
∎ Further, reduce staff & worker turnover and are indispensable for achieving productivity, delivery quality, and systems.
∎ Feed back to the management regarding forecasting, sales progress, collection issues.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing plan to achieve the company's objective.
∎ Should have the ability to achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Follow-up the payment of the customer as well.
∎ Provide timely market information and competitive intelligence to help management in decision making.
∎ Achieving monthly average efficiency as per the business plan.
∎ Product quality as per consumer requirement
∎ Work closely with the top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Manage the marketing team by providing development programs, establishing high performance standards and leading continuous improvement efforts.
∎ Maintain factory at Technical and other standards as may apply.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management.
∎ Any other task(s) as and when required by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accessories Manufacturing, Garments Textile, Merchandising, Operation & Maintenance, Sales Marketing, Trims
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
∎ Having experience in the Garments Accessories sector will get preference.
∎ Good Interpersonal skills, Pleasant personality, Hardworking and honest.
∎ Good analytical, presentation and negotiable skills.
