∎ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell and close deals, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
∎ Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess customer needs and provide solutions.
∎ Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.


Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Sales Generation : Identify and prospect new customers through online channels, including social media, Website, and other digital platforms.
∎ Lead Qualification : Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and convert them into sales.
∎ Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Sales Reporting: Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, targets, and outcomes.
∎ Follow-up: Engage with existing customers to ensure product/service satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat sales.

∎ Key Requirements :
∎ Experience : Proven experience in online sales, tele sales, or a customer-facing sales role (preferably 1-2 years).
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell and close deals, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
