Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure existing customers satisfaction and searching new customers over the phone calls and social media.
∎ Provide proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction and Identify customer needs and provide necessary solutions.
∎ Responding to all customer inquiries very politely and Maintaining page/Support Group activities.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow up process & updating documentations.
∎ Report time to time to the Team Leader for complicated issues.
∎ Prepare various report on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email & internet.
∎ Communicate with Clients about new and upcoming Products.
∎ Maintain regular communication with existing Clients and provide necessary support to them.
∎ To maintain relationships with the existing customers.
∎ have to maintain daily sales report & submit various reports to the line manager.
∎ To be responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities.
∎ To achieve sales target and set a new target as well.
∎ To Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ To maintain other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Should have good command in English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
∎ Ability to negotiate and to influence others.
