Responding to customer complaints or controversies in a professional manner.
Developing a crisis communication strategy for digital platforms
Managing the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Overseeing payment gateways, customer orders, and online transactions.
Collaborating with web developers to make necessary updates and improvements.
Ensuring the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.
