• Masters
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Candidates with training relevant to VAT will be given additional preference.

• Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional experience.

1. Prepare, maintain, and follow up on forms such as Mushak 4.3, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, and others as required.

2. Calculate and deduct VAT at source and issue the relevant certificates.

3. Collect and apply all relevant SROs and amendments introduced by the Finance Act.

4. Perform VAT reconciliation between VAT records and accounting system records.

5. Maintain thorough knowledge of:

   • Trade VAT

   • Advance Tax VAT (AT)

   • Manufacturer VAT accounting

   • Input Tax Credit, Turnover Tax, Retailer-level VAT, and VAT Deducted at Source (VDS)

6. Prepare all periodic VAT-related reports and statements.

7. Possess sound knowledge of the New VAT & SD Act, 2012 and VAT & SD Rules, 2016.

8. Coordinate with factory units, local and export sales units, and the commercial department on VAT-related matters.

9. Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak-9.1).

10. Represent the company in VAT hearings with the VAT Circle, Division, Commissioner, and VAT Intelligence.

11. Develop strategic plans to provide assistance and support in daily VAT-related operations.

12. Handle VAT matters during annual audits with the VAT Commissioner and VAT Intelligence.

13. Process and follow up on AT refund applications with the VAT Division and Commissioner’s Office.

14. Prepare and submit:

    • Monthly Rebate Statements

    • Sales Statement Reports to VAT & Accounts Department (Head Office)

15. Report factory P.B. Board inventory on the 1st of every month to the Head Office.
