• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Performance Monitoring of Plant: Follow-up OEE,NPT,MOH, M/C Utilization, Resource Utilization, Waste%, loss analysis.

• Process Improvement : Lead Kaizen, Problem solving, NPT, Changeover time reduction project.

• Lead TPM deployment, including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, breakdown reduction, MTBF/MTTR improvement, and equipment reliability enhancement.

• Human Resource Planning: Study manpower & review OT requirement when raised requirement over mail.

• Streamline critical organizational information for data driven decision-making and visualize live industrial performance.

• Prepare OPEX performance report for management (Compiling all OPEX activities: 5S,IC,PC,Audit Score, Project summary etc).

• Execution of any program or project given by central OPEX team.

• Collaborated with stakeholders with problems and challenge
  Follow-up all implemented tools and project by OPEX Kaizen and SMV audit half yearly for ensuring sustainable process improvement

• Lead lean manufacturing implementation, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, SMED, Standard Work, and waste elimination focused on material, time, energy, and manpower losses

• Ensure raw material consumption optimization through process control, yield improvement projects, and variance analysis.

• Arrange Leading Meetings: Lead & organize daily operations meeting, monthly operations meeting, problem-solving meeting, kaizen meeting to enhance cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement at all level.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management in line with organizational goals with prior approval.
