• Age 25 to 30 years

• Production and Inventory Monitoring:

  • Track daily production progress from cutting, sewing, and finishing to packing and shipping.

  • Maintain and update raw material, yarn, and accessories stock registers daily.

  • Monitor the technical status of machines, including daily machine downtime reporting.

• Data Collection and Reporting:

  • Compile, verify, and analyze daily production, quality, and wastage reports for management review.

  • Create and maintain shift-wise production, efficiency, and manpower reports.

  • Generate daily and weekly reports on production targets (target vs. actual).

• System Maintenance and Administration:

  • Manage and upgrade the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, including user access rights.

  • Troubleshoot and fix software, hardware, or network issues on the production floor.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all software systems.

• Analysis and Optimization:

  • Use Excel and ERP tools to identify trends in production efficiency or quality defects.

  • Suggest process improvements to minimize wastage and improve productivity.

  • Coordinate between production, sourcing, and commercial departments to ensure smooth data flow.
