∎ Must have experience in Garments/Textiles.
∎ Must have good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, internet & e-mail)
∎ Good communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Requisition / Demand Note / Indent have to be checked & reviewed & kept records.
∎ Sourcing / Market rates have to be verified physically in the market as a continuous function of internal audit.
∎ Comparative Statements of Rate (CS) must be checked based on market rate verification & kept records.
∎ Purchase Orders/Work Orders & receipt of goods or services have to be checked as per the procedure of the company.
∎ Purchase bills (cash & credit) have to be checked as per the policy of the internal audit dept of the company.
∎ Other bills of the company have to be checked.
∎ The salary sheet & OT sheet have to be checked.
∎ Periodical physical inventory audit.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by HOD.
