Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibility as Cutting:-
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of Cutting production.
∎ Create SMV data bank for proper target setting, calculate performance, and efficiency.
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process.
∎ Check the cutting production; absenteeism; cutting balance, non-productive report; and compile reports on progress of work and production problems.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, monitor floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Monitor safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Job Responsibility as Finishing:-

∎ Monitor finishing production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the finishing section.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English
