∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and basic audit compliance (BSCI, WRAP, etc.).
∎ Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database.
∎ Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
∎ Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and leave records.
∎ Assist in organizing training and employee engagement programs.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits for the factories.
∎ Monitor compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer codes of conduct.
∎ Assist in preparing reports for HR and compliance functions (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
∎ Coordinate and support third-party and buyer audits (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, RSC, etc.).
∎ Maintain and regularly update factory compliance data and reports at the corporate level.
∎ Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
∎ Communicate HR and compliance policies across the selective unit levels.
∎ Maintain healthy coordination with factory HR/compliance teams and buyers
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Compliance professional to support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, and corporate standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the corporate and factory teams to maintain HR records, assist with audits, and support the implementation of HR and compliance policies across the selective factories of the group.
