Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters from any UGC-approved University preferably from Business Discipline.
∎ Minimum 2nd Class in all academic levels.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the overall fund management of the company for treasury dealings with different Banks and NBFIs;
∎ Analyze, forecast, and execute the investment in the money market.
∎ Keep eye on the overall liquidity management.
∎ Overall portfolio management and suggest investment decisions.
∎ Arrange funds from different Banks and NBFIs based on the requirement
∎ Ensure efficient and profitable management of the borrowed fund.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly payment schedule of Credit line with the Lending Banks/NBFIs and Refinancing Schemes with Bangladesh Bank
∎ Posting the Treasury Transactions in Core Banking Software Module
∎ Maintain the statutory SLR and CRR requirements and ensure regulatory compliance with Bangladesh Bank
∎ Maintain a healthy relationship with the Banks/NBFIs, Bangladesh Bank, and other Regulatory Authorities
∎ Corresponding with different Banks and Corporate Clients
∎ Preparing different reports to comply with the Bangladesh Bank Regulations
∎ Perform other supporting duties assigned by the management related to the current jobs
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years working experience from any Bank/NBFI in Treasury and Fund Management Department is preferable, Fresher can also apply.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Hardworking and able to work under stressed situations.
∎ Amicable personality and positive attitude.
