Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, or relevant QA standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and QA documentation systems.
Attention to detail with high integrity and discipline.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Quality Control & Assurance
Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Monitor raw material quality and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.
Support implementation of QA systems, ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant standards.
2. Process Monitoring & Improvement
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities and recommend corrective measures.
Work with production teams to reduce rejections, wastage, and improve consistency.
3. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure legal, regulatory, and customer requirements are met.
4. Team & Coordination
Assist in training staff on quality awareness and SOP adherence.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams for quality improvements.
Report findings and recommendations to senior management.
