Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing standards for Inspection.
∎ The ability to consistently identity mistakes across thousands of Inspection.
∎ The ability to closely follow Quality standards as per buyer requirement.
∎ Decision making skills.
∎ Developing a workflow for product inspection.
∎ Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
∎ Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
∎ Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes.
∎ Work under pressure with team work.
