Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting total recruitment and selection process.
∎ Policy Draft and Implementation.
∎ Analysis & drafting JD and assist the manpower need.
∎ Execution of PMS Exercise throughout the organization.
∎ Execute quarterly appraisal (KPI Based PMS).
∎ Finding improvement areas based on PMS data analysis.
∎ Ensure proper Job Analysis and Job Profile to support fair talent acquisition.
∎ Assist in the employees training session, facility arrangement.
∎ Conducting total recruitment and selection process.
