Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build a strong customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
∎ Managing sales of exclusive condominium apartments at Savar and high valued commercial and residential projects to meet the targets.
∎ Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target (Land & Properties).
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Maintain customer database in excel and report follow ups to the reporting person.
∎ Preparing sales and collection reports and other reports assigned by the management.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Respond to the client’s query at office and over telephone.
∎ Collect booking money and down payment from the new client.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
∎ Received and attain customer complaints and ensure service delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Should be able to work individually and in a team
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Computer literacy is a must (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
