Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales of plots, flats and five-star hotel shares to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, respond to client queries (in-office and over the phone) and ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet prospective clients, promote ongoing projects, collect booking money and down payments from new customers.
• Maintain customer databases in Excel, prepare follow-up reports and conduct customer acquisition data analysis.
• Coordinate possession handover, complete all related formalities and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain regular communication with landowners, address issues and coordinate with land development authorities.
• Manage logistics updates and ensure timely collection of required NOCs and documents from relevant authorities.
• Prepare drafts and execute amendments of DOA, POA, Supplementary Deeds and other related legal documents. 
• Disburse signing money and meet landowners/authorities to discuss and resolve critical or backlog issues; maintain an updated critical-issue log.
• Conduct frequent site visits for project monitoring and coordination.
• Visit various organizations and workplaces to develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Handle internal and external communications effectively.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
