Candidates should have the ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations, should be willing to work overtime beyond normal office hours duty. Understanding of IT. Principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.

Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.

• Troubleshooting- PC, Laptop- Hardware & Software.
• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.
• Manage prioritized help desk support.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone, troubleshoot network and connectivity issue, including able to terminate UTP cable for networking purpose.
• Maintain LAN, Broadband Internet, and other internet connectivity media.
• Maintain attendance system & proximity card machines and update new or outgoing employees’ ID cards to the system
• Maintain CCTV, DVR, and Cameras and backup whenever necessary.
• Maintaining inventory of IT resources.
• Provide require support to Sales Team.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining different types of operating system (Windows, macOS) and applications.
• Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner and relevant ICT gadgets and make replacement parts as and when required.
