We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our HR & Admin team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative operations and providing HR support to ensure smooth organizational operations at Confidence Batteries Limited. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the proper management of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of office materials, uniforms, safety gear, and other essential items.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office and facility management.
Prepare and circulate official correspondences, including notices, memos, show cause letters, and warning letters.
Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting employee orientations and ensuring smooth induction.
Track employee attendance, leave applications, and prepare monthly HR and Admin reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, providing support during ISO and internal audits.
Coordinate and assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Support management in implementing workplace safety, employee welfare, and compliance with relevant regulations.
