Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our HR & Admin team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative operations and providing HR support to ensure smooth organizational operations at Confidence Batteries Limited. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the proper management of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.

  • Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of office materials, uniforms, safety gear, and other essential items.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office and facility management.

  • Prepare and circulate official correspondences, including notices, memos, show cause letters, and warning letters.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting employee orientations and ensuring smooth induction.

  • Track employee attendance, leave applications, and prepare monthly HR and Admin reports.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, providing support during ISO and internal audits.

  • Coordinate and assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee development initiatives.

  • Support management in implementing workplace safety, employee welfare, and compliance with relevant regulations.
