∎ Masters in any discipline
∎ PGD in HRM from BIM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Counseling, General HR, Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish effective communication between management and workers and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers
∎ Provide counseling to the workers on general issues like company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline
∎ Partake actively in the Participation Committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes
∎ Conduct awareness training programs on rules and regulations as per Buyer's Code of Conduct & law of the country
∎ Maintain up-to-date database, records, log, registers for different areas of counseling and submit reports to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 and Labor Rules 2015
∎ Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate washroom facility, drinking water, etc
∎ Advise and brief workers on the proper use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.
∎ Handle all grievances as per labor laws
∎ Conduct orientation for new employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in Welfare & Counseling with large knit garments.
∎ The candidate must have hands-on experience with regard to "Better Work Bangladesh."
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: Negotiable
