Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Bachelor/Honors

• HSC or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Age At most 45 years

• Ability to work with security guards and non-management level staff.

• Must have knowledge of installation of panel board system, fire alarm, and smoke detector system.

• Must have a certificate in fire safety training or retired person from FS & CD who shall be delegated for safety issues, such as training, drill, awareness, etc.

• Must have knowledge of Accord & Alliances rule.

• Willingness to work under pressure

• Capability to handle the Local Visitor, and closely communicate with them when required.

• Prepare & Submit the factory opening & Closing Report.

• Check & Verify the Security Register.

• Able to make proper and effective weekly duty roster for security.

• Control and manage power to monitor the entire Security Team within the Company.

• Coordinate with the Management and workers to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.

• Implementing Security Protocols.Sourcing Security guards when required & maintain the register.

• Ensure proper Training of guards & their uniform and dress-up properly.

• To monitor CCTV footage regularly.

• To maintain contracts with local Police Stations, Fire Stations & other necessary actions.

• Perform any other work as & when required by Management.

• Daily perform assembly in front of the company premises.

• To ensure that no shortage of guards on any roster & guards should report to the post 15 minutes earlier.

• Regular inspection of security and sensitive points of the factory.

• Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.

• Maintain discipline in all production areas regarding safety & security.

• Report to the authority about the total security conditions of the factory from time to time.
