Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential sources of new deposit (FDR) business
∎ Organizing sales calls & visits and presenting company’s financial products
∎ Establishing new business relationship
∎ Providing need based solutions to clients
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or yearly targets as per KPI
∎ Maintaining the portfolio retention
∎ Ensuring the growth of client base
∎ Coordinating with stakeholders as per job requirement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Competency in using MS Office applications
∎ Excellent inter personal skills along with proficiency in English & Bangla
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure
∎ Good understanding of NBFI/Banking standards, products and services
∎ High level of mobility is required
∎ Excellent negotiation & convincing skill
∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in deposit sales
